REGULAMIN NICE APARTMENTS TORUŃ

1. Doba hotelowa trwa od godziny 16:00 do 12:00 następnego dnia.
2. Cisza nocna obowiązuje od godziny 22:00 do 6:00 rano następnego dnia.
3. W apartamencie obowiązuje BEZWGLĘDNY zakaz palenia.
Za nieprzestrzeganie zakazu palenia Gość zostanie obciążony kwotą 1.000 PLN.
4. Nice Apartaments oddaje Gościowi w użytkowanie cały apartament wraz z umeblowaniem oraz wyposażeniem (urządzenia RTV, sprzęt gospodarstwa domowego) i zobowiązuje się zapewnić warunki pełnego i nieskrępowanego wypoczynku Gościa.
5. Gość zobowiązuje się wykorzystywać apartament jedynie do celów mieszkalnych.
Zabrania się organizowania imprez w apartamencie i tym samym zakłócania ciszy i spokoju innych mieszkańców.
6. W przypadku zastania uszkodzeń i zniszczeń w apartamencie w dniu zameldowania, Gość zobowiązany jest do niezwłocznego powiadomienia personelu Nice Apartments.
W takim przypadku Gość nie będzie obciążony kosztami naprawy, a usterka zostanie usunięta w najkrótszym możliwym czasie.
7. Za zniszczenia lub uszkodzenia ścian lub wyposażenia apartamentu, powstałe w czasie pobytu z winy Gościa, to Gość ponosi całkowitą odpowiedzialność i zostanie obciążony kosztami napraw oraz dodatkowymi opłatami , m.in. kosztami transportu i obsługą pracowników .
Za powstałe zniszczenia Gość jest odpowiedzialny finansowo, a nie rzeczowo.
Gość nie może odkupić zniszczonych przedmiotów we własnym zakresie.
8. Zabezpieczenie ewentualnych roszczeń Nice Apartments wynikających ewentualnego zniszczenia apartamentu i / lub jego wyposażenia może być zrealizowane poprzez dokonanie blokady środków w wysokości równej kwocie rezerwacji przy użyciu karty kredytowej.
Gość, który wyraża zgodę na blokadę środków przy użyciu karty kredytowej, wyraża jednocześnie zgodę na przechowanie danych karty obejmujących: dane właściciela karty, numer karty, datę ważności oraz kodu CVV, a zarazem na pobranie zablokowanych środków pieniężnych bez fizycznego użycia karty w sytuacji dokonania przez Gościa uszkodzenia apartamentu lub wyposażenia apartamentu. Blokada środków jest dokonywana na okres korzystania z apartamentu.
9. Nice Apartments nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za rzeczy osobiste i wartościowe Gościa pozostawione lub skradzione z apartamentu w przypadku włamania.
10. W przypadku znalezienia w apartamencie rzeczy należących do Gościa, pozostawionych po jego wyjeździe, mogą one, na wyraźną jego prośbę, być odesłane pod wskazany adres. Gość zostanie obciążony kosztami przesyłki wraz z kosztami przechowywania.
Koszt przechowywania każdej rozpoczętej doby wynosi 10 PLN.
11. Zabrania się wprowadzania jakichkolwiek zwierząt bez uprzedniego powiadomienia personelu Nice Apartments (możliwość pobytu zwierząt przy dodatkowej opłacie 20 PLN za dobę/zwierzę).
12. Możliwość skorzystania z parkingu w garażu podziemnym za dodatkową opłatą, po wcześniejszej rezerwacji.
13. W dniu opuszczenia Apartamentu prosimy w miarę możliwości o:
– zdjęcie pościeli i pozostawienie na łóżku wraz z ręcznikami
– wyrzucenie śmieci do głównego śmietnika, który znajduje się po lewej stronie po wyjściu z budynku – klucz do śmietnika przypięty kluczy od mieszkania.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF NICE APARTMENTS TORUŃ

1. The hotel day lasts from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 noon the next day.
2. Quiet time is valid from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am the next day.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment.
For non-compliance with the smoking ban, the Guest will be charged PLN 1,000.
4. Nice Apartaments provides the Guest with the use of the entire apartment with furniture and equipment (radio devices, household appliances) and undertakes to provide conditions for full and unrestricted relaxation for the Guest.
5. The Guest is obliged to use the apartment only for residential purposes.
It is forbidden to organize events in the apartment and thus disturb the peace and quiet of other residents
6. In the event of damage to the apartment on the day of check-in, the Guest is obliged to immediately notify the staff of Nice Apartments.
In this case, the Guest will not be charged with repair costs, and the fault will be removed in the shortest possible time.
7. For the destruction or damage to the walls or equipment of the apartment, caused during the stay by the fault of the Guest, the Guest bears full responsibility and will be charged with the costs of repairs and additional fees, e.g. transportation and staff costs.
The Guest is financially responsible for the resulting damage, not materially.

8. Securing possible claims of Nice Apartments resulting from possible destruction of the apartment and / or its equipment may be implemented by blocking funds in the amount equal to the booking amount using a credit card. A guest who agrees to block funds using a credit card also agrees to store card details including: card owner details, card number, expiration date and CVV code, and at the same time to download blocked funds without using the card physically in the event of Guest damage to the apartment or apartment equipment. The funds are blocked for the period of using the apartment.
9. Nice Apartments is not responsible for the Guest’s personal and valuable belongings left or stolen from the apartment in the event of a burglary.
10. If items belonging to the Guest are found in the apartment, left after his departure, they may, at his express request, be sent to the indicated address. The guest will be charged for shipping and storage costs. The cost of storage for each commenced day is PLN 10.
11. It is forbidden to bring in any animals without prior notification to the staff of Nice Apartments (the possibility of staying with animals for an additional fee of PLN 20 per day/animal).
12. Possibility to use the parking lot in the underground garage for an additional fee, after prior reservation
13. On the day of leaving the Apartment, we ask you, if possible, to:
– removing the bedding and leaving it on the bed along with the towels
– throwing garbage into the main garbage can, which is on the left after leaving the building, the key to the garbage can is attached to the apartment keys.
